Urgent Notice:
The Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment has undertaken a new RAISE scheme for all expatriate Bangladeshi nationals who have returned to Bangladesh since January 2020. Through this RAISE scheme adopted by the government, initiatives have been taken to reintegrate the repatriated workers. With the aim of their self-employment and re-establishment, they will be assisted in receiving income-generating training through various institutions, assistance in creating employment in Bangladesh, various trainings for skill development, providing skill certificates, providing assistance to travel abroad again, technical training and loan relief through various institutions.
What you will need to register:
1. passport (Both New Old) - Single copy photocopy along with original copy
2. National Identity Card (NID)/Online Birth Certificate – Single copy photocopy along with original copy
3. Visa Paper / E-Visa- Single photocopy along with original copy
4. Outpass/ Air Ticket/ Boarding Pass/ Travel Pass - Single photocopy along with original copy
B: Note: The original copy should be brought along and this registration will be essential for getting the government services of the foreign returnee later.
